We meet with you and your loved one to understand their care needs, preferences, and lifestyle — ensuring we are the right fit before anything is signed.

Determine Level of Care

Together we review the assessment results and determine the appropriate level of care — from independent-leaning to full memory care support — so pricing and services are personalized.

Reserve Your Spot

Sign the initial contract and pay a deposit to secure your loved one's room. Given our limited availability, acting quickly after the assessment helps ensure a spot is held.

Receive Preparation Details

We send you everything you need to know to prepare for move-in: what to bring, what is provided, and how to make the transition as smooth as possible for your loved one.

Medical & Legal Forms

We send the required medical and legal documentation needed for residency. Our team walks you through each form so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming.

Finalize the Agreement

The resident agreement is reviewed and finalized — the last step before move-in. We encourage questions at this stage and want families to feel fully informed before signing.

Welcome Home — Move-In Day

Our team assists with the move and warmly welcomes your loved one to their new home. We work to make the first day comfortable, personal, and stress-free for everyone.

Most Independent

For residents who can navigate daily life safely and independently, with the peace of mind that support is always nearby.
